Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is an international city with a long history of welcoming tourists. It offers a wide range of excellent hotels across different categories, allowing visitors to choose options that best suit their needs while always enjoying outstanding quality.
Participants are kindly advised to arrange their own accommodation. The conference will take place at two locations: the opening ceremony will be held at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Rectorate (C. Juan de Quesada, 30), while the main conference sessions will be hosted at the Humanities Building “Agustín Millares Carló” (C. de Pérez del Toro, 1), also part of the University.
Participants are encouraged to select accommodation with convenient access to these venues and to consult the Venue section for detailed location information.
When choosing where to stay, areas such as Vegueta and Triana (historic city center) offer proximity to the Rectorate and good connectivity to the main conference venue. Other central locations with access to public transport are also suitable. The Santa Catalina / Las Canteras area is a popular option due to its wide range of accommodation and proximity to Playa de las Canteras, although it requires a short bus ride to reach the main conference venue.
Early booking is strongly recommended, as the city is a popular destination during the summer period.
